We only accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. A deposit will be collected at the time of scheduling. Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.

Since we are a medispa you may be able to use your FSA or HSA cards based on the dermatological service being performed. Ear piercing is not an eligible service for FSA or HSA cards. It is the clients responsibility to verify eligible expenses with their FSA and HSA provider.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your service. Appointments canceled with less than a 48- hour notice or missed without notice will incur a no show/late cancellation fee of $75. Appointments scheduled for a Monday must be canceled/ rescheduled by 12pm on the Friday before in order to avoid the no show/late cancellation fee.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are typically seen on time. When you arrive please just take a seat in the waiting room and a team member will come out to greet you when they are ready to take you back for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call to verify if we can accommodate your late arrival or if this will be considered a missed appointment.
