What methods of payments
do you accept?
We only accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. A deposit will be collected at the time of scheduling. Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation, Reschedule, Missed Appointment Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your service. Appointments canceled with less than a 48- hour notice or missed without notice will forfeit their booking fee. Appointments scheduled for a Monday must be canceled/ rescheduled by 12pm on the Friday before in order to avoid forfeiture of their booking fee.

Arrival
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are typically seen on time. When you arrive please just take a seat in the waiting room and a team member will come out to greet you when they are ready to take you back for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call to verify if we can accommodate your late arrival or if this will be considered a missed appointment.
Terms and Condition for Services and Treatments
Promotional deals MUST be purchased during the specified promotional period. Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases made prior to the start of the promotional period of a service and/or treatment. All free services and/or treatments have no cash value and may not be redeemed for alternate treatments, products, or services. Promotional deals are non-refundable and are forfeited if not used within the specified promotional period.
